Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and explain how platform data is collected, used, protected, and shared.

Collected information

We collect the information needed to operate the platform, including account details, contact information, organization and role data, problem context, proposals, collaboration activity, AI interaction records, payment-related records, support messages, and audit events.

How data is used

Data is used to provide the selected services, structure problem-solving workflows, support expert matching, operate AI assistants, process payments, protect users, improve support quality, and maintain traceable records for review, settlement, and dispute workflows.

Public and private content

Public problem briefs, expert profiles, employer profiles, and articles are shown only when approved for public display. Private workspace content remains restricted to permitted users and roles unless a user-authorized publication or workflow action allows broader visibility.

AI and knowledge extraction

AI may assist with clarification, duplicate checks, matching, drafting, and knowledge extraction. AI-generated knowledge should be reviewed before becoming reusable platform or organization knowledge.

Information sharing

We share information only where needed for collaboration, payment processing, legal obligations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, support, or user-authorized publication. Access is controlled by service, workspace, role, and visibility settings.

User rights

Users can request access, correction, account support, or retention-related review through platform support channels, subject to legal, financial, audit, security, and workflow-retention obligations.

Data security

The platform applies access-control, audit, redaction, tenant isolation, and retention safeguards appropriate to the service and the sensitivity of the data. Payment details and identity documents must be handled through approved secure flows.

Launch readiness note

This privacy notice is maintained alongside the platform legal entity, payment provider, KYC/KYB process, and tax, refund, invoice, and payout policies; the operative version published here governs current use of the platform.
